Is the preview really free?
It is. You answer the quiz, the song is made and you hear about 50 seconds of it on the spot, without paying anything. You pay only if you decide to unlock the full song.
Can I hear the whole song before paying?
No — what you hear first is the preview. The full song, with both versions, comes with the unlock. That is why the preview exists: so you decide having heard the voice, the rhythm and the lyric of your story.
I did not like the preview. Now what?
On the page itself, before paying, you can ask for up to two free new versions: change the lyric (a name, a date, a line), the style, the voice or the rhythm. And if it is still not for you, simply do not unlock — it costs nothing.
How is the song made?
From your story, Musimee writes the lyric and produces the song with music composition technology. The voices are synthetic — we do not imitate real artists — and every song is unique, made for you alone.
How much does it cost?
The price is shown in your currency before you confirm. It is a one-off payment: no subscription, no monthly fee. If you answer on the page that you found it expensive, a second offer appears.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) everywhere, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available, Pix in Brazil, MB Way and Multibanco in Portugal. The options for your country appear on the form. We do not have bank transfer, boleto, OXXO, Nequi, Daviplata or Mercado Pago.
I do not have a credit card.
A Visa or Mastercard debit card from any bank pays on the same form. And the payment link works for anybody: somebody you trust can pay for you with their card; the song still arrives at your e-mail.
The payment did not go through.
It is almost always the bank declining: a card without international purchases enabled, no limit in foreign currency, or a mistyped detail. Enable international purchases in your bank's app and try again, or use another card. Nothing is charged on a declined attempt.
I paid for two songs and the second one wants to charge me again.
The second song starts from the credit link you receive by e-mail after the purchase. If you created the song from the home page, it became a new order. Write to us: we apply your credit to that order on the spot.
After buying
How do I receive the song?
On the same page where you heard the preview — the full song appears there the instant the payment is confirmed — and by e-mail, with the links to listen, download and send. See the delivery times.
The e-mail has not arrived.
Open the order page: the song is already there. Then check spam and promotions and, above all, whether the e-mail was typed correctly on the order — it is the most common error. Write to us with the right address and we resend on the spot.
How do I download the song on my phone?
On the song page, below the title, tap Save. On Android the file goes to the Downloads folder. On iPhone, Safari opens the file: tap the share icon and choose "Save to Files". Send shares the song on WhatsApp without downloading.
Do I need a code to listen?
No. The song page link opens without a code. The six-digit code is only for entering My collection, where all your songs live, and it lasts ten minutes.
The lyric has an error. Can it be corrected?
Yes, and it is free: a name, a date, an age, a line that does not match what you told us. Reply to the song's e-mail saying what it says and what it should say, and the song is re-recorded in minutes.
Can I change the voice or the rhythm after paying?
Yes, up to three times per song: say which voice (female, male, duet) or which rhythm, and we re-record with the same lyric, at no cost. Corrections of errors in the lyric do not count towards that limit.
What is the video?
On the song page you can create a video with your photos, put together on your own phone in about two minutes, to post and send along with the song.
Using the song
Is the song mine?
For personal use, yes, for good: listen, keep, gift, play at the party and post on your networks. What you cannot do is sell it or use it commercially. The details are on the copyright page.
Do you make the song with a famous singer's voice?
No. The voices are synthetic and we do not imitate real artists. What we make is an original song in the genre you choose.
Which languages do you make songs in?
Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Spanish, English, French, Italian and German. The song's language is the one you write the quiz in; to change it, ask on the preview page or write to us.
