Who does what
Musimee is a service of LP Digital Records LLC (Hollywood, FL 33019, USA). By using the site, creating a preview or buying a song, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service — and write to [email protected] if you want to talk it over.
What Musimee does
You tell a story about somebody; Musimee writes a lyric and produces a personalised song from it, with music composition technology. The song is created for you alone and exists nowhere else.
The preview is free
Answering the quiz and listening to the preview costs nothing. The preview plays about 50 seconds of the song. You pay only if you decide to unlock the full song. Before paying, you can ask for up to two free remakes on the page itself — another lyric, another style, another voice.
A preview that is not bought is deleted 30 days after it was created.
The purchase
- One payment. No subscription, no monthly fee. The price is shown in your currency before you confirm.
- What you get: the full song, in two versions, to listen to on your order page, download as MP3 and send to anybody. It also goes to your e-mail.
- Payment methods: those shown on the form for your country. Taxes and your bank's fees (such as international transaction fees) are not charged by us and are not included in the price.
- Immediate delivery. By unlocking the song, you ask for the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that, once delivered, the right of withdrawal some laws provide for distance purchases no longer applies. This does not affect your rights if the song is defective.
- The second song. If you buy the two-song bundle, the second one starts from the link you receive by e-mail, with a new quiz, and does not expire.
Corrections and refunds
- Before paying, the preview exists precisely so you hear before you decide.
- After paying, we correct errors of fact in the lyric free of charge — a name, a date, an age, a line that does not match what you told us — as many times as needed. Changes to the sound (another voice, rhythm or style, with the same lyric) are free up to three times per song. Just reply to the song's e-mail or write to [email protected].
- Refunds: we refund if we cannot deliver the song, if you were charged twice for the same song, or if there is a defect we cannot fix. Since the preview is heard before buying, we do not refund on taste after delivery — but talk to us: a free new version almost always solves it.
- Disputes: before opening a dispute with your bank, write to us. We settle it directly, and faster.
What you can do with the song
The song is yours for personal use, for good: listen, download, keep, gift, play at the party, send by message and post on your social networks. The details of the licence are on the copyright page.
What you cannot do: sell the song, license it to others, use it in advertising or in commercial products, present it as created by somebody else, or use it to defame or embarrass anybody.
What you tell us
You are responsible for what you write in the quiz. Tell only what you have the right to tell — your stories and those of people close to you, who would not mind hearing them. Do not use the service for content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harassing or exposing of anybody, or that infringes others' rights. We may refuse or remove a song that breaks these rules, and we refund in that case.
The story stays yours. You give us permission to use it to write, produce, deliver, correct and keep your song and, for orders placed from 29 September 2026, to put your suggestions together (see "Suggestions and improving the service"). It is never shown to anyone else.
Music made with artificial intelligence
Lyrics and songs are created with artificial intelligence technology from what you tell us. The voices are synthetic: we do not imitate real artists and do not take requests to. A generated song can have imperfections — a word pronounced oddly, a loose rhyme. That is why the preview is free, and so are corrections after purchase.
The video (Moments)
On the song page you can create a video with your photos. The photos are processed on your device; we keep only the finished video so you can open and share it. Use only photos you have the right to use.
Your account and your library
Your library is opened with a code sent to your e-mail. The song page link opens without a code: whoever has the link can hear the song. Treat it as you would the song itself.
News and offers
By accepting these terms on your order, you agree to receive Musimee news and offers by e-mail — songs, Club plans and Store products. You can stop them at any time through the link in each e-mail, at no cost and without affecting your order. The e-mails about your order (preview, delivery, sign-in code) always keep coming.
Suggestions and improving the service
To improve Musimee — the site, the quiz and the library —, find what fails, build what comes next and suggest what makes sense for you, we record how the site and your library are used: the pages and buttons used, the quiz steps, the time on each and the options chosen (the text only reaches us when you send the order), the preview and the song you play, what you share and the suggestions you see. With that, your purchases and what you tell us in the order, we show you suggestions at the right moment in your library and in our e-mails: the next song and who it is for, the video, the Club or a release. Part of this analysis is automated and uses artificial intelligence. You can ask not to receive personalised suggestions at any time by writing to [email protected]. Liability
We do our best to make everything work, but the service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights your country's law guarantees you and that cannot be waived by contract.
Law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States. Any dispute we cannot resolve directly will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida — without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
When we change something that matters, the date at the end of this page changes. What applies to an order are the terms in force on the day it was placed.
