The preview
After you answer the quiz, the lyric is written and the song is produced on the spot. The preview starts playing in about one to two minutes, on the page itself, and the link goes to your e-mail. It is about 50 seconds long.
The full song
As soon as the payment is confirmed, the full song — two versions, each about two to three and a half minutes — is available on the same page, that instant, and is sent to your e-mail with the links to listen, download and send.
What varies is how long the payment takes to confirm:
- Debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pix and MB Way: instantly.
- Multibanco (Portugal): you receive a reference and pay through your bank or at an ATM; the payment usually lands in minutes but can take up to 2 business days. The song leaves by e-mail the moment the payment lands — there is nothing more to do.
Corrections and new versions
A lyric correction or a new version of the song is re-recorded in about two to three minutes. The new version replaces the previous one on the same link and also arrives by e-mail. If you had the page open, reload it.
The video (Moments)
The video with your photos is put together on your own device, in about two minutes, depending on the phone and the photos. When it finishes, it is saved on the song page to open and share.
If it takes longer
- The preview has not appeared after 5 minutes: reload the order page. If there is still no song, write to us — we regenerate it on the spot.
- You paid and the song has not arrived: open the order page (the link is in the preview e-mail); the full song is already there. If it is not, check the spam or promotions folder and, if you still cannot find it, write to us with the e-mail used on the order.
- The e-mail never arrives: check that the address was typed correctly on the order — it is the most common error. We correct it and resend on the spot.
